Our Main Photographer…

Paul Francis has been lucky to be surrounded by some of the most dramatic, eye catching and ever changing landscapes that beautiful Scotland has to offer. Being able to easily travel to it’s stunning coasts, incredible mountains and Lochs, or historic sites to capture these stunning scenes is something that he does not squander or take for granted, and so ensures he always has at least one of his cameras with him every time he goes out the front door.

As a keen traveler he also enjoys embracing the unique landscapes of the different countries he is visiting and uses the camera and video gear he travels with to capture the scenery and share these with you.

Paul Francis is also enthusiastic on capturing the character and presence of not just the different locations he visits, but also the incredible people that live there. He manages to do this using the techniques he has gained through his love for the art. 

He has adapted this knowledge to help him gain valuable expertise in other areas of photography he has grown equally passionate about. By spending time in different studios taking beautiful portrait shots for his clients or attending sports events to capture the key action moments of the match, has helped him build up the skills as a Freelance Photographer and that has proven invaluable at the different shoots PFW Photography are now involved in throughout Scotland, including Weddings, Sports and Corporate events.
